March brings breezes, loud and shrill To stir the dancing daffodil.

They’re also very good for drying washing, but here on Tuesday morning they’re also cold, so it’s nice to be back indoors after a walk along the Harbour. I’m feeling proud because I’m back up to walking at 4mph, which isn’t bad for someone who was told she’d be in a wheelchair by the time she was thirty. And I can do it for two hours and most of all I love doing it so early starts and midmorning walks work for me and keep my joints and muscles as good as they can be.

Right now, I’m warming up and looking forward to my herb tea because I’m off tea and coffee for a while. Lunch is in the slow cooker and soon I’ll be back to working on a new Amy, provisionally titled ‘Letters for a Spy.’ The garden is full of dancing daffodils, the house is full of cats who don’t think it is a day for a pussy cat to be outdoors. Sometimes when I’ve been for my walk, they look at me and I can practically hear them asking which is the intelligent species.

Obviously the answer to that is the one with four paws and a furry tail but I have opposable thumbs and I can read.

So here are this week’s special offers and thanks to everyone who’s enjoyed One Wife Too Many.

These are 99p in the UK, and 99c in the US and this week there are…

Three from the Amy Hammond series - Ghost of Christmas Past, The Past is Always With us and Sweet Revenge. These are the early stories when Peter and Amy are just realising that they’re more than friends and characters from Ghost appear in the one I’m working on, by popular request because so many people wanted my American tourist to have a happy ending and so do I.

Then there are two from the Shadows series which I write as Eleanor Neville because they’re darker and a little sexier. These two are featuring a cult because they intrigue me and there’s a third one that I hope to write this year which will be Guy Stannard’s Way when the man that some people claim thinks he’s God meets someone who really does think so. The heroines in these are classic tea bag women because they don’t know how strong they are till they land in hot water and they’re called Warriors Way and Cynics Way

Which just leaves a nice picture of the route I walked today. Looking forward to walking it in warmth and sunshine.
